Rates shown here are for two or more nights. One night stays subject to higher rates.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. Any cancellation made outside 30 days gets the deposit back minus $10 for our credit card processing fee. If a cancellation is made within 30 days, we wait to see if we can fill those nights.

--Any nights that we are able to fill get a refund.

--Any nights we cannot fill get charged in full, even if it's 14 nights.
